Matsuura signs up for Advanced Manufacturing Show
The latest big name to sign up for the Advanced Manufacturing Show is Matsuura Machinery Ltd, the leading specialist in unmanned multi-pallet and multi-tasking CNC machine tools.
The exhibition runs at the NEC Birmingham from 4 to 6 June alongside the Subcon exhibition and features
world class manufacturing technology, including machine tools, ancillaries, cutting tools, software and metrology equipment from companies such as Yamazaki Mazak, Hexagon Metrology, Renishaw, Trumpf, 1st MTA, Dormer and Delcam.
Roger Howkins, Managing Director of Matsuura Machinery Ltd said: “Matsuura UK are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting the MX-520 - our fastest selling 5 axis machine – live at the Advanced Manufacturing Show and cutting exclusive live demonstrations throughout the show.
He added: “The Matsuura MX-520 was conceived by Matsuura to offer companies making the transition from 3 to 5 axis operations a high quality solution – with sustained low cost of ownership a key objective, although many of our established larger customers are investing in this ground breaking machine tool. Built in the same Matsuura factory in Fukui Japan as our multi-pallet market leading 5 axis MAM72 series, the MX-520 will be joined later in 2013 by the larger MX-850 – responding to real market demand for a larger sister machine to the MX-520.
“Visit us on Stand AM70 to see why small to medium sized subcontractors and blue chip companies are investing in this dynamic, cost effective and versatile 5 axis machining platform.”
Advanced Manufacturing Show Business Development and Portfolio Director Grant Burgham commented. “We are delighted Matsuura will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing Show. This underlines the fact that the show will be a must-see showcase for some of the world’s most innovative and highly respected manufacturing technology companies.”
